AMY MARIE HERRICK

Amy Herrick is the founder of Global Plume. Her work focuses on complex opportunities that require different organizations, perspectives, and areas of expertise to come together.

Her perspective has been shaped by a deliberately varied career spanning financial services, economic development, and journalism. She has worked with J.P. Morgan, HSBC, Morgan Stanley, KPMG, the World Bank, and The New York Times, as well as founders and emerging businesses.

Across those environments, Amy has often worked between functions and institutions—translating specialist work for different audiences, identifying what isn’t connecting, and bringing structure to problems that do not sit neatly within one discipline.

Today, she is particularly interested in the formation stage of new businesses and partnerships: the point at which an opportunity is becoming visible, but what needs to exist around it is still being defined.

Amy is based in New York.
